Meet Demery.

I provide counseling that integrates intuition, emotion-focused work, and somatic (body-based) awareness. My approach is informed by experience across multiple levels of care, including inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and three years of specialized practice in equine-assisted psychotherapy.

I work collaboratively with clients to foster insight, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection between mind and body, tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s needs.

Outside of my clinical work, I am an avid animal lover. I enjoy horseback riding, training my dogs, and spending time in nature — activities that continue to ground and inspire my practice.
